Aligned Minds:
12-Hour Private Therapy Intensive for Neurodiverse Couples
Are you and your partner
seeing the world through different lenses?
Do you feel like the weight of the household rests on your shoulders—
overworked, unseen, and longing for a partner who truly understands the load you’re carrying?
Many partners of ADHDers find themselves juggling the role of household manager, responsible for tracking every detail, which can leave them feeling isolated and frustrated.
OR
Do you often feel like nothing you do is ever enough?
You try, you care, but your efforts seem to fall short. Maybe you've been told you lack consistency, or that you don't care enough. Despite your efforts, it feels like every shortcoming is magnified, leaving you shouldering all the blame.
Neurodiverse relationships can
come with unique challenges.
Differences in thinking, processing, and communicating can make it hard to cohabit,
parent together, navigate social settings, manage tasks, or even broach sensitive topics.
While every couple faces struggles, neurodiverse (or mixed-ADHD) couples often
experience these tensions more intensely.

Yet, when each partner begins to understand and embrace the other’s
unique wiring, neurodiverse relationships can be among the most rewarding.
Together, you can learn to bridge the gaps and build a partnership
that celebrates your differences while sharing in each other’s strengths.
What is Neurodivergence?
Neurodivergence refers to the natural differences in how
people's brains and nervous systems function.
It includes conditions like ADHD, autism, and dyslexia - it presents unique struggles but also unique talents and capacities. Everyone’s experience is different, and these variations can shape everything from communication to daily routines, bringing both strengths and challenges.

This intensive is not designed to diagnose ADHD or neurodivergence, but rather to support couples navigating these dynamics in their relationship.
You do not need to have a formal diagnosis to benefit—our approach focuses on fostering understanding, connection, and tailored strategies to help you thrive together, regardless of formal labels.
A Tailored Approach for Neurodiverse Couples
Have you tried to work through your differences on your own, only to find yourselves stuck in the same painful patterns?
Many neurodiverse couples carry scars from repeated attempts that never quite worked—leaving you wondering if real change is even possible.

Our approach is different. Unlike traditional couples intensives, this Intensive acknowledges the role neurodivergence plays in your relationship dynamic. We understand that mixed-ADHD or neurodivergent couples have unique needs that require a nuanced, holistic approach.

By integrating the understanding of neurodivergence alongside other powerful forces like early trauma, childhood experiences, and attachment styles, we help you create lasting change, not just on the surface but at the core of your relationship.

We delve deeply into how neurodivergence interacts with all these factors,
providing personalized tools and insights to help you understand yourselves
and each other more fully.
Together, we’ll bridge the gaps and build a partnership that celebrates
your differences while fostering growth and connection.

What to Expect from Your Private
Couples Intensive Experience:
Pre-Intensive Preparation
You and your partner will receive a questionnaire and assessment to gently prepare you for our therapy intensive, helping us focus on your unique needs from the start.
This will give me a chance to prepare for our work together with a better understanding of your history, your most pressing needs, and how you want to move forward.
Intensive Sessions - 10 hours
Engage in 10 hours of focused therapy sessions, scheduled to align with your availability.
This format is designed to take you deep and accelerate your growth and your ability to communicate with each other.
These sessions are tailored specifically to your specific relationship’s needs and goals,
creating a transformative space for growth.
Follow Up Sessions - 2 hours
To support you as you process and integrate what you’ve learned, you and your partner will have 2 hour-long follow-up sessions. These sessions offer an opportunity to receive guidance for any challenges that arise, reinforce new skills, and ensure the progress made during the intensive is embedded in your day-to-day life.

As we approach the end of your intensive journey, we’ll explore the most supportive next steps for you—whether that’s scheduling a follow-up intensive, transitioning to ongoing therapy, or continuing to build on our work together in a way that fits your needs. We’ll take time to reflect on the insights you’ve gained, the shifts that felt meaningful, and how these new perspectives can naturally strengthen your relationship moving forward.
You’ll leave with a renewed sense of connection and confidence to continue growing together.
