Our Approach
We believe that your earliest relationships shape the way you love, communicate, and connect as an adult. The bonds you formed with caregivers and family created lasting “blueprints” that continue
to influence how you experience closeness, trust, and intimacy in your life today.
So much of what shapes your relationships lives beneath the surface.
In our work together, we honor not only your rich inner world, but also the unspoken dynamics,
unconscious hopes, expectations, and agreements that quietly guide the way you relate
to yourself and to others.
Our approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and insight-oriented traditions,
and also draws from attachment research, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic body-oriented therapies. These perspectives help us understand the deep interconnection between mind, body, and relationship,
and guide us in creating space for healing and growth.
We invite you to slow down and listen to the wisdom of your body, so that both the spoken and unspoken truths of your inner and relational life can be seen and honored.

A central part of this work is expanding your capacity to be with painful or challenging feelings
without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down - so that more energy can be freed for love,
creativity, and authentic connection.
We also support you in building a more secure relationship with parts of yourself that may have been suppressed, disavowed, deemed unacceptable, or carried in shame -
helping those parts find belonging and expression in your life and relationships.
We are inclusive, culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming, and bring vast experience in
working with trauma. Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, our intention is
to help you cultivate more ease, intimacy, and vitality in the relationships that matter most.
The Four Pillars of
Conscious Love Framework
Drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience and thousands of hours with couples,
our founder Dr. Greenbaum created the Four Pillars Framework - a synthesis of multiple theories
shaped into a clear, practical guide for cultivating secure and resilient relationships.
1
Emotional Attunement
Recognizing, validating, and responding to your own and your partner’s inner worlds.
2
Repair &
Recovery
Navigating conflict and restoring trust after disconnection
or hurt.
3
Sexual Connnection
& Vitality
Integrating intimacy, desire, and
embodied presence.
4
Partnership
as Growth
Using the relationship as a vessel for personal and
mutual development.
