What to Expect from Your Intensive Experience

Pre-Intensive Preparation

You will receive a questionnaire and assessment to gently prepare you for our therapy intensive,
helping us focus on your unique needs from the start.

This will give me a chance to prepare for our work together with a better understanding of your history,
your most pressing needs, and how you want to move forward.

Intensive Sessions

Engage in 3 days of focused, 3-hour therapy sessions.
This format is designed to take you deep and accelerate your progress.

These sessions are tailored specifically to your specific relationship’s needs and goals,
creating a transformative space for growth.

As we near the end of the Intensive, we’ll discuss what the best next steps are for you (scheduling a
follow-up intensive, transitioning to ongoing therapy where you can build on our work together, etc).

We’ll reflect on what you processed and learned, what was meaningful to you, and how
your new insights and shifts can permeate into your day-to-day moving forward.
