If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice
so we can offer the time to someone else. We appreciate your understanding and consideration!

We are an Out-of-Network provider. Should you decide to move forward after the call,
ongoing sessions are held virtually through our secure, encrypted, HIPAA-compliant patient portal.

Samantha will also follow up with you by phone or email to confirm
your appointment and answer any questions you may have.
